Juvenile delinquency has always been a hot and key issue in today’s society.How to prevent and reduce the problem of juvenile delinquency is an urgent task,how to control and correct the problem of juvenile delinquency is of great significance.Although our country started late in the practice of juvenile judicial protection,but on the basis of social investigation,observation,nursing,and teaching,it has become increasingly standardized,for example,there are many problems such as single evaluation dimension,lack of measurement standard and abstract evaluation result.In the face of these questions,judicial social workers need to answer and prove,why care and help education work is effective?
