The new curriculum reform in middle school is a great change of teaching mode that is adjusted to quality education.Based on the curriculum reform in senior high school,teachers are required to have human-oriented concept,focus on students’ individual differences and meet their different needs for development.Besides,teachers should concentrate on cultivating students’ awareness of active participation and their ability to analyze problems and solve problems by means of autonomy,cooperation and exploration.In consideration of this,the author chooses the application of the mode of guiding students with learning plan to ideological and political classes in senior high school based on the concept of teaching in accordance with student’s aptitude as the issue of this paper.It is expected to adapt to the development of the new curriculum.Taking senior high school thought political classroom teaching as the background,the issue is intended to research and find some new methods as well as techniques to highlight the leading role of guiding students with learning plan under the concept of teaching in accordance with student’s aptitude.This paper defines teaching in accordance with student’s aptitude and the mode of guiding students with learning plan.It is pointed out this teaching mode is actually that within the current framework of the class-based teaching system,teachers realize students’ differences in cognitive level as well as learning ability,and work out scientific,reasonable stratified learning cases in order to achieve students’ general development.The mode is in line with Gardiner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences,Bloom’s Theory of Mastery Learning,Piaget’s Constructivism Theory and Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development.It guides teachers to help students construct knowledge through teaching in accordance with student’s aptitude.It helps to achieve teaching while learning in a harmonious atmosphere.It shows student-oriented classroom through teaching after learning.Students’ thinking ability is cultivated as well through questioning and reflecting.All these show the features and advantages of this mode.The core of this paper is the practical principles and specific techniques that guidethe teacher to apply the mode of guiding students with learning plan to ideological and political classes in senior high school based on the concept of teaching in accordance with student’s aptitude.Obeying the principles of difference,guidance,exploration and cooperation,teachers stratify the students,design and use guidance cases,classify and evaluate students’ learning according to their aptitude.Accordingly,this paper demonstrates some stratified guidance cases of a new lesson and a review lesson,and analyzes the procedures on applying the mode to ideological and political classroom in senior high school.However,there may be still some problems during the application of the mode in aspects of the teacher and the student,with some main reasons analyzed.For example,school is lack of relevant institutional to motivate the teacher;the teacher does not practice it actively,with conservative ideas;there is deviation on students’ cognition and reception and they are lack of initiative.Therefore,some corresponding countermeasures need to be formulated to guarantee effective application of the mode.These countermeasures are to achieve the leading function of the school,use teachers’ leading role and improve students’ cognitive ability.
