| As our country has increased its investment in education,the educational funding of schools at all levels has increased year by year.In order to improve the level of hardware facilities required by teachers and students for teaching work,the school has strengthened the procurement of educational assets,but this move has put tremendous pressure and test on the original educational asset management system.The current campus asset management methods are backward,management awareness is weak,and effective supervision is lacking.Based on this background,this article uses the primary and secondary school campuses as the application scenario to integrate the Internet of Things technology and asset management;through the design of the asset operation process,it integrates the daily use of educational assets,change monitoring and asset management,and develops an educational asset management system that uses the Web and mobile terminals as the operating terminal.In the design process of this system,firstly,the advantages of the Internet of Things technology are combined with the details of asset use,use the reading process between the electronic tag and the reader to identify information,and the method of asset abnormal movement monitoring and access status judgment is studied.On this basis,a solution to improve the performance of abnormal movement monitoring is proposed,that is,to increase the identification rate of electronic tags by increasing the number of reader antennas.Determine the use of four-antenna deployment plan through theoretical research on the number of antennas supplemented by the design of antenna deployment position,antenna working sequence and multi-antenna control algorithm and this scheme is compared and analyzed by simulation.Secondly,combined with the design of the business process of core functions such as asset management daily operations,statistical inquiry,early warning center,report management,etc.,the functions are distributed to the Web and mobile terminals,and the communication methods between the mobile terminals and databases are also designed.Subsequently,use the VUE architecture and Android Studio to develop and implement software on the web and mobile terminals.and perform black box testing and response time testing.Finally,use the black box testing and response time test on the web and mobile.The test results showed that the system design meets the expected assumptions.The design and development of the educational asset management system will help optimize the process of asset management in primary and secondary schools,help schools establish the concept of asset management,standardize the use of educational assets,improve asset management efficiency,responsibility to people,avoid asset loss,and further realize the convenience and reliability of asset management,help establish an asset management system,improve the information and technological level of educational asset management. |
