In this paper,the use of radio frequency identification technology to automatically identify asset information,in order to achieve the automatic entry of assets,automatic inventory and other functions.Radio frequency identification technology as a new non-contact,automatic identification technology,with a far distance to identify,read fast,multi-tag synchronization identification and so on.In addition,in order to strengthen the security management of assets,integrated into the intelligent video surveillance technology,the technology is an indispensable key areas of security technology.Compared to the traditional video surveillance,intelligent video surveillance can not require manual intervention,intelligent analysis of video content,when an exception occurs when the automatic alarm and real-time start video function.This intelligent video surveillance not only to ensure the safety of fixed assets,but also reduces the labor intensity of the monitoring staff,saving the video video storage space.Based on the above two technologies,this paper designs and develops a set of automated and intelligent fixed asset supervision system.The main research contents and work of the paper include the demand analysis of fixed assets supervision system and the design of the whole framework,the selection and construction of hardware and software environment,the research of background modeling algorithm,the research of hardware and software cross platform communication,the design of system function module Development,and system testing.Among them,the system to achieve the functions include intelligent video surveillance,storage out of library functions,inventory inspection function,and data management functions.
