E-commerce and logistics are extremely developed in an era,in order to better allocate resources,reduce the cost of physical journey,make full use of the advantages of the current database and distributed technology to achieve multi-rational resource sharing and reduce costs and improve business efficiency and profits.Traditional manual management or simple office automation tools will spend a lot of labor and time,which not only affects the leadership and the workshop management at all levels to master and understand the production information,will directly affect the order optimization problems.Therefore,in order to improve the working efficiency of workshop managers,it is convenient for leaders at all levels and workshop management departments to understand,master and analyze the latest production data in real time,establish an efficient product management system and develop a production order information management system that meets the actual needs of enterprises,Has become an urgent need for business development.The use of manufacturing bar code monitoring and intelligent support system is the current social and business needs and technology to promote the common role of demand,this article is to study the design and implementation of barcode management system based on RFID technology and distributed multi-tier architecture system,and to use AHP to optimize orders.Specific research work includes:1,After consulting the relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation,the status quo of the enterprise production management system and the future construction direction are analyzed,and the development significance of the production management system is demonstrated;2,Through interviewing and researching with workshop staff and production managers,we have some understanding of the actual business needs.We use the prototype method to clearly define and analyze the requirements and business processes.The basic theory and the key technology to be used in the development of this system are studied;3,Based on the characteristics of enterprise production management,the system has chosen a bar code architecture,bar code management through the object transport process to improve the efficiency of the entire system;4,Design the main function interface,the system function,architecture,database and system operating environment to a certain extent,the deployment and design;5,For all kinds of orders,the entire production process control,the use of analytic hierarchy process to optimize.Taking the application of the system designed and developed in this paper in Ningbo Mingxin Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example,based on the bar code control,a comprehensive monitoring of the manufacturing process of the enterprise is established,for the order of products manufacturing welding process formulation,material flow and ordering decisions and other aspects of the work.The system initially met the design requirements,has been implemented in Ningbo Mingxin Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd.,and achieved the desired results.
