Research On Library Short Video Service Strategy Based On User Requirement

We are in an era of interconnection of everything,and online information services are constantly changing and influencing our lives.Short video with its "short,flat,fast" and other characteristics become more favored by users of a software.And different from the traditional information service mode of interactive graphics and text,short video can integrate text,voice and video,which has a more powerful ability to carry and display information.When users watch short videos,they can not only get richer information,but also get more intuitive and vivid effects,which is more in line with the characteristics of fragmentation and entertainment of people’s reading.Government affairs,e-commerce,publishing,etc.have all turned their attention to the short video industry,and libraries are no exception.After opening new media services such as Weibo and We Chat,libraries will once again transform and upgrade into the short video era.From the perspective of users,this paper studies the short video service of libraries in China,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the short video service of libraries in China,and discusses the improvement strategies of the short video service of libraries in China from multiple aspects in combination with the survey of the user needs of the short video service of libraries.Firstly,conduct theoretical research on library short video services.On the basis of short video,short video transmission,information service and other theories,it analyzes and expounds the basic theoretical problems such as the connotation and components of library short video,a and proposes a library short video service model on this basis,including the service subject,service content and service method of library short video.Secondly,it investigates and analyzes the present situation of library short video service construction and service effect.In the investigation of the current effect of short video service,this paper investigates the user’s usage and satisfaction,and puts forward the existing problems of short video service in library.Thirdly,the user’s needs were investigated from the three aspects of the library’s short video user needs,service content and service methods,analysis of the basic characteristics of library short video service user demand,and through cross analysis,to have seen and did not see the library short video user demand comparison.Finally,based on the theoretical research of the library short video service,the current situation of the library short video service,the investigation of users’ needs and the existing problems of library short video service,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of library short video service: improve the content theme,and meet users’ needs pertinently;Improve the content form,form a short video account with its own characteristics;Enrich service methods and carry out cross-regional and cross-industry cooperation;Online and offline joint publicity and promotion,multi-channel development of short video services;Strengthen the construction of new media team and improve the operation ability of short videos.
