With the continuous development of the technology and Internet industries,the manufacturing industry is facing increasingly severe challenges.Many traditional enterprises are low-productivity,time-consuming and labor-intensive,and are unable to meet the expanding needs of the market.In order to meet this challenge,many traditional manufacturing industries began to reform and seek to integrate with emerging industries.Automated warehouses are favored by many industries because of their high space utilization and high efficiency.At present,the traditional printing industry is still generally in the industrial 2.0 era,and the warehouse management model is relatively backward.How to transform and upgrade,bringing advanced reform to the storage management of printing enterprises is the focus of this research.Based on the characteristics of warehousing and logistics in the traditional soft bag industry,this topic proposes an integrated warehousing management plan.Through the on-thespot investigation of a soft package enterprise workshop,the paper analyzes and in-depth study of the enterprise warehousing logistics process,and then classifies and models the task flow of different types of operations,and combines the characteristics of enterprise warehouse storage,transportation equipment characteristics and other factors to adapt to local conditions.Developed and implemented more targeted WMS software.Secondly,the integration of this topic mainly discusses the integration concept of WMS with MES system and AGV dispatch management system.Based on the demand of MES production line,the production line process was analyzed from the perspective of warehouse management,and the logic scheme of automated logistics business between the two systems was designed.At the same time,based on the principle of friendly interaction of task information,a docking scheme between WMS and the lower-position AGV dispatch management system is proposed.Finally,in the job management module,for the information communication requirements of the management layer and the equipment scheduling layer in the subject,an intermediate conversion link with control functions and analysis command functions is proposed,and the operation state of the operation is maintained in a visual manner.Therefore,the project has formed a complete set of closed-loop information network of warehouse management with task receiving,processing,command release,status feedback and management update mechanism.
