Under the influence of uncertain events such as the new coronavirus epidemic and international trade friction,the supply chain of manufacturing industry is facing a more obvious impact,and the risk of ’ broken supply ’ increases.As an important digital infrastructure to enhance the synergy effect of the supply chain,the industrial Internet platform has received extensive attention from the theoretical,practical and policy makers.Many typical cases have emerged in the reality of industrial Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration.At the same time,the government has introduced many subsidy policies to promote the development of industrial Internet platform.However,the market effect of industrial Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration has not been widely recognized and promoted,and the existing research on industrial Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration has not carried out in-depth analysis.It is urgent to carry out further research to improve the scientific choice of industrial Internet platform and supply chain enterprise collaboration strategy.In view of the shortcomings of existing research,this thesis aims to answer the core research question of " how to realize supply chain collaboration enabled by industrial Internet platform." In this study,it has been reviewed that is the relevant literature on the connotation characteristics,functional applications and supply chain collaboration of industrial Internet platforms.Based on the supply and demand of resources,the cases of industry Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration are collected,sorted out and analyzed.In view of the different modes of supply chain collaboration,this thesis identifies the strategic influencing factors of the main stakeholders in the process of industrial Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration,such as value-added service coefficient,value-added service fee,cost saving coefficient and so on.This thesis distinguishes three situations: no government subsidy,government subsidy platform and government subsidy enterprise.From the perspective of resource supply and demand,this thesis uses evolutionary game research method to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model of industrial Internet platform and resource supplier and resource demander,and carries out model analysis and numerical experiments.This thesis mainly studies how supply chain enterprises and platforms choose strategies to achieve industrial Internet platform-enabled supply chain collaboration under the constraints of influencing factors and policy subsidy environment.Among them,the main influencing factors include cost saving coefficient,value-added service coefficient and platform service cost,service fee,reputation benefit and free riding effect of supply chain enterprises.Under certain conditions,service fee,value-added service coefficient,cost saving coefficient and reputation benefit have a positive effect on promoting the realization of platform-enabled supply chain collaboration,while service base cost and free-riding effect of supply chain enterprises have a negative effect.In terms of the influence of various main factors on the game strategy,the effect of government subsidy platform and government subsidy enterprises on the realization of platform-enabled supply chain coordination does not necessarily have an improvement effect,and even inappropriate subsidies will hinder it.According to different influencing factors,policy makers should formulate appropriate subsidy policies to help realize the market effect of government subsidies to enhance the industrial Internet platform to enable supply chain collaboration.This thesis broadens the field of industrial Internet platform research,helps to deepen the theoretical understanding of industrial Internet platform enabling supply chain collaboration,and also has practical guiding significance for the design of industrial Internet platform operation mode and the strategy selection of platform user enterprises.
