Research On The Construction And Operation Mechanism Of Chinese Library Book Market Supply Chain

In recent years,our government has attached great importance to the development of public cultural undertakings,increased the support of cultural industries,including libraries,to enhance the ability and the quality of the library,for those reasons,the library's purchases grew rapidly.The Book Supplier,is a rising industry as an extension of the library work.While,the development is also accompanied by challenges:the huge books demand has caused the vicious competition among the library book suppliers,besides,the book inventory and the unmarketable products issues,which hindered the development of the libraries and the book suppliers.In this paper,the theory of supply chain management is applied to the practical work of the library,attempt to use the advantages of supply chain management such as efficiency,quality control and process management into the library supply market.Therefore,this paper analyzes the present situation of the library book supply market,points out the existing problems,and brings forward the concept of the library book supply chain,analyzes the feasibility.Creatively combined with the main work process of library book market,the service flow,information flow,logistics,industry flow was extended from three kinds of flows in supply chain:the cash flow,information flow,and logistics,which forms the basis of library book supply chain.Furthermore,the author designs a mechanism system including competitive mechanism,cooperation mechanism,service&innovation mechanism and sustainable development mechanism,balance mechanism,to ensure a stable,efficient and sustainable operation,to protect and regulate all aspects of library supply chain.
