With the continuous updating and iteration of wireless communication technology,the arrival of the fifth generation mobile communication application and the continuous promotion of CMOS process nodes,the old wired communication has many incompatibilities and is gradually abandoned by the current production and life style.Wireless communication technology has the advantages of cross distance,low cost and flexibility.It plays an unparalleled role in the endless application scenarios in the digital era.As the core component of the wireless communication system,the transmitter is the functional center of signal modulation and transmission in the wireless communication system.The research and continuous improvement of the performance of the transmitter will help to promote the rapid improvement of the quality of wireless communication and meet the needs of people’s continuous pursuit of high-quality communication experience.This thesis studies and designs a wireless transmitter chip based on CMOS technology.The working frequency band is 27 MHz or 49 MHz.It is mainly used for medium-distance communication wireless devices such as remote control car,home appliance control,electric vehicle anti-theft and so on.Compared with other wireless transmitting chips on the market,the chip integrates baseband signals inside without crystal oscillator,and only needs to add two inductors,four capacitors,batteries and keys to form a complete wireless transmitting remote controller,which greatly reduces the volume and cost of the wireless transmitting remote controller.Based on the overall requirements of high performance,low power consumption and low cost,the chip adopts ASK transmitter structure,which mainly includes bandgap reference,low dropout linear regulator,current control oscillator,TX coded baseband signal circuit,power amplifier and other modules.The wireless transmitting chip adopts Nuvoton 0.5m COMS process,the working voltage range is 2.2 V~3.3 V,and the area of the whole chip is only550×524m~2,the simulation and layout of the whole chip circuit are completed under the platform of virtuoso.Under the condition of 3 V power supply voltage,the physical test of the chip shows that the static current of the chip is less than0.1A,the working current is 16m A and the transmitting power is 18.9 dbm,under the frequency of 27 MHz,the phase noise of the wireless transmitting chip is-69 d Bc/Hz@10 k Hz,which reaches the expected value in the design. |
