In the modulator power production, the rationality of the cable harness routing is crucial to the technical process of electronic assemblies. At present, the domestic power supply cabinet in modulator batch of developing new products and mature products, commonly used electrical coupling method is basically a traditional manual field routing cabinet inside and traditional manual measurement, relatively backward technology, low working efficiency.. Because of both methods can not accurately determine the length of the wire, the practice is often based on the principle of ”use long not short”, cause waste of materials, wires and mature product specific length even after more than one or more products to determine.This paper is aiming at these problems, in computer software for auxiliary tool, through the secondary development of PRO/TOOLKIT software platform, generated routing cable module, by embedding standard component module of PRO/E and plotter module, establish PRO/CABLING harness 3D routing system, in order to achieve the effective use of routing cable module and is used to machine cabinets three-dimensional routing and generating line diagram. Main content is:1. The cable harness 3D routing mathematics and information modeling method, this paper proposes a peak describe the path of the cable curve method. The method by using computer powerful mathematical techniques and image technical, will have a theoretical mathematical model through mathematical operation, into a 3D geometric model, in the software form the structural model of the power cabinet and cable information model.2. The routing cable module design of the key technology are studied, using computer to build 3D wiring operation platform, the use of Pro/TOOLKIT secondary development platform, through the Visual c + + 6.0 development environment, generated for Pro/E perform DLL files, generate wiring conversion tool, build the wire color mapping table by Microsoft Excel 2003, cables, cables, components mapping table characteristics connection table, and then use the wiring cabling cable module conversion tool, generate cable connection relationship files(*. nwf).3. The study of automatic 3D routing and cabling path optimization technique, through 3D weighted grid, the electronic machine mesh three-dimensional model to describe the wiring space, and use the maze algorithm based on grid and least Stanner tree generation method of laying cable line search; In order to get the optimal beam path, path optimization process based on cabling and wiring principle, put forward the decomposition method, the preferential constraint method and intelligent method with sequence planning method.
