As an important link in the booming development of modern logistics industry,AS/RS occupies an increasing share in the enterprise information system and the whole value chain.Enterprise leaders often need to develop corresponding strategic plans according to the warehouse inventory information to command,monitor and adjust the actions of enterprises.If the goods location planning is not made in advance,it is easy to lead to the congestion fault of the warehouse operation.Therefore,focusing on the development status and future trend of AS/RS and the needs of modern enterprise production and operation,launched an investigation and research on the AS/RS allocation in the storage system.Based on the description of the current situation of warehousing encountered in the process of internship,this paper has read a large number of literature of senior scholars and made a summary.Except above,we also sums up the construction of AS/RS,incl.Storage model of goods and related principles.Based on the research we provide the paper's objective style:1.to improve efficiency of AS/RS when goods out or come in storage.2.keep the whole shelves stable.After ensure the object we combined existing problem and actual needs to establish a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of goods distribution.And provide two ways to solving the model: general tabu search and improved tabu search algorithm.Then,we collected the data of one of the company's production line.We used industrial engineering method such as clock ways and watch ways.By this way,we get the basic info.: quantity,weight,work seconds and so on.Step in,we use this data calculate final result by general tabu search and improved tabu search algorithm two ways.By the different result of final shows we have a conclusion that improved tabu search algorithm has more great efficiency and stability than general tabu search algorithm.Finally,we use Flexsim to simulate the production line process from processing to complete storage.By smooth and visible dynamic direction verified the effectiveness of the optimization scheme of cargo space allocation.
