With the progress of instrument science,software science and information technology,electronic measuring instruments are gradually developing to the direction of platformization,modularization,generalization and software definable instruments.At the same time,the new era of the general test instrument in the software and hardware system design of the nationalization demand is increasingly urgent.Therefore,the thesis takes Loongnix operating system and Loongnix COM-E as the core controller of the system based on the domestic programmable logic chip.Through studying the general nationalization characteristics of the test instrument architecture,a general platform built in nationalization components is designed.The main research contents of thesis are as follows:1.Design of general instrument platform architecture analysis and overall scheme.On the basis of function analysis and test behavior analysis of general instrument,based on Loongnix operating system and COM-E,a general instrument scheme with single/multi-channel signal trigger acquisition,signal source excitation,data processing,human-computer interaction and instrument interface is designed,which can meet most requirements of general measurement.2.Design of hardware module management for general instrument platform.The hardware unit of the instrument platform based on Loongson COM-E main control is introduced.Instrument drivers are divided into two types refer to the bus driver.The four functional drivers on PCIe bus are signal generation,signal acquisition,signal preprocessing and state query.GPIB driver and front panel driver are based on RS232 bus.The hardware control thread of general instrument is designed,including main control,input and output,acquisition,processing,display and so on,and the automatic calibration is taken as an example to design and implement.3.Design of general instrument platform system construction and application program based on Loongnix system.Completed the kernel transplantation of the Loongnix and PMON boot programs;Based on Loongnix completed the main frame design of the instrument platform software system,completed the submodule design of the instrument software acquisition and processing module,the module can realize the corresponding data processing function according to user requirements,completed the instrument software man-machine interface and general display module design,including multi-interactive coordinate system and grid,multi-drawing mode,file management design.In thesis,in order to test the universality of the instrument platform,based on the hardware composition of the instrument platform,through software definition and hardware configuration,the instrument platform is equipped with different instrument forms,including signal time/frequency/amplitude range measurement function,audio signal octave measurement function,two-port network frequency sweep test function,and vibration test function.The results show that the general instrument architecture based on Loongnix and COM-E is feasible and reliable.
