The system of target tracking in monitor generally includes a coordinator and a controller. Current international mainstream position coordinator generally adopt universal stents form. Universal stents's three shafts directly affects coordinator's positioning precision. But central and inner loop can be corrected by fixture. So measuring universal-stent's outer ring's angle-offset appears very important, before assemble the products.Thesis exponds significance of this project, and introduces the common methods of angle- measurement. According to the request of topic, thesis proposed the overall project design ,and elaborated the survey principle and the method carefully.Thesis mainly introduced the design and implementation of system-software, so it detailed descripte the module of measuring of angle and the control module design, and analyzed the metrical data.Thesis has calculated the hardware equipment's parameter, and choosed CCD refer to the computed result. Then based on experiment's result, we designed the form of image source.Finally thesis elaborate the imagery processing's algorithm as well as realizes.Thesis introduced GPIB and the instruction of programmable equipment.The control module has perfect manifested the object-oriented thought.Finally this article introduced the overall system software's design and the use flow.
