DC Power Supply is mainly used to provide a stable power supply for the electronic module, widely used in batteries, communications, precision machining, automotive electronics and other industries. In order to ensure a stable power supply current value accurately, reducing its technical requirements beyond caused by quality problems, it must be regulated DC power to implement transfer and traceability.DC Power Supply automatic calibration system is based on my existing unitsof measurement devices, combined with the virtual instrument technology, applications software platform developed LabVIEW. It mainly to solve quickly and accurately calibrate the DC stable power supply problem, so working measuring instruments can be traceable to national measurement reference.This article is based on the DC power supply works, the technical requirements of the analysis on the basis and method for determining the calibration system used. Combined with stable DC power applications, the system is expected to achieve the proposed goals. After in-depth analysis of technical indicators to determine the system hardware.Software design is modular design method to design user-friendly interface, control the instrument, based on national test procedures require DC power calibration. While using Excel and VBA programming, auto-complete calculation error and judgment, given each calibration point measurement uncertainty. Use of the database management system is calibrated Access to raw data and the various outcomes data file archive management, user data management functions can be easily query the data, automatically generate and print a record of the original and calibration certificate.Through the system evaluation of measurement uncertainty with the traditional manual calibration experiments were compared, the system meets the design requirements, the system is accurate and reliable measurement data issued.
