Research On Data Security Management Model And Application Of University Campus Network

China’s higher education is in a critical period of digital transformation.Data fusion and education data governance constitute the theme of digital transformation and development of higher education.Whether it’s digital education or intellectual education,data is a crucial factor of production.Data security management is the foundation and premise of data enabling higher education and improving modern governance ability and governance level of higher education.At present,most of the researches on data security in colleges and universities focus on the application of network security technology and the construction of protection system.In practice,we find that the risk factors affecting the data security management of university campus network are very complicated,it is difficult to find the center of gravity in the work,and there is no objective and effective method to evaluate the level of data security management in universities.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of data security management of university campus network,draws lessons from the maturity model of data security capability and the thought of hierarchical holographic modeling,analyzes the risk factors of data security management of university campus network comprehensively,and establishes an evaluation index system of data security management of university network.Through the stratification and grading of the evaluation index system,a data security hierarchy management model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is constructed.In the use of the model,particle swarm optimization and group decision are introduced to improve the subjectivity of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE).This thesis also takes the current situation of data security management in HZYZ campus network as a case,and analyzes the application of the data security hierarchy management model,which can clearly identify the weak security areas of data security management,make a comprehensive evaluation of the overall data security management level,and propose targeted corrective measures,the effectiveness of the model is verified to some extent.
