Research On Indicator Evaluation System Of N Company’s Data Security Management

With the development of social economy,science and technology,the value of information and data continues to improve,playing a more and more important role in social economy and enterprise activities.In recent years,data breach have occurred frequently,the state’s attention to data security has also increased year by year,and the relevant industrial and national standards for enterprise data security management and data security governance have been continuously improved.However,the academic community has not yet established the evaluation index system of enterprise data security management in the e-commerce environment.For a variety of scenarios,The research on the index system of various factors is still in progress,and there are few quantitative data security evaluation index system for the subdivided industries.This paper introduced the analytic hierarchy process,and proposes the weight relationship between the capability dimension factors and the data life cycle dimension factors for the interaction between different dimensions in the DSMM model,so as to further quantify the original DSMM evaluation system,which not only ensures the theoretical support,but also combines the specific actual situation of N company.According to the characteristics of the research object,A new set of data security management evaluation index system has been formed.The data security assessment was carried out by means of interviews,questionnaires and side stations.The results were fully sorted according to the weight,and the results of the two-dimensional assessment of data life cycle and data security capability were obtained.The reasons for the results were analyzed,and the objectives and scope of data management capability optimization were determined according to the priority and the actual situation of the company.From the perspective of security capability,the effects before and after the implementation of optimization projects are compared.32 optimization items and 31 completed items,and the overall completion rate is 96.88%.The data security management level of N company has been significantly improved,which fully shows that the index evaluation system can reflect the real problems of the enterprise and can be used as a scientific evaluation basis.
