Liangshan Electronic Administration MAN Project

The process of social and economic information speeds up swiftly with computer communication technology boosting featuring in internet economy, the emerging economic form is developing and growing in strength. If we want the economy and society of informationalized society develop healthly , the fine order should be guaranteed, moreover the electronic government will strengthen the supervision management and service of the whole informationized society, the development of electronic administration is becoming one of the vital fields in modern information. How to make use of the advanced information technique to set up the electronics government, practice the electronic administration, improving the administrative efficiency management ability and precise policy decision of the government with electron and information and serving for the society enterprises and the public scientifically and effectively is increasingly becoming the most urgent task for governments in different grade. According to the practice in Liangshan, this thesis applies Gigabit Ethernet Networking building up the electronic administration Metropolitan Area Networks in Liangshan, under the thought of design by layer, the MAN is divided into three layers as core, edge and access layer, the function of each part has the distinguishable orientation. A security system coring firewall, IDS, Switch and anti-virus system is also researched and formed. The application of transmitting four video formed in the MAN by the research of Network Multicast Technologies and the characteristic of the high broadband in MAN and setting up the network optimized norm, drafting and implementing the optimized strategy. With the research result of this thesis, the Liangshan electronic administration MAN project organized and carried out this project. In this subject, the author researched the network technology deeply, especially the MAN technology, analyzing the development of electronic administration and its present condition in Liangshan. The demand analysis of this project the design security of logic network and network optimized is also hosted.
