| With the rapid development and wide application of electronic information,automation and industrial intelligence have been quietly involved in every corner of human beings.People’s work and life are closely related to artificial intelligence,and all walks of life also enjoy the convenience brought by electronic information.The application of automation improves the work efficiency of employees and the competitiveness of enterprises.However,a series of problems are caused by the intelligent upgrade of equipment,and employee job burnout is one of them.As an important carrier of propaganda and public opinion in China,radio and TELEVISION is the "mouthpiece" of the Party.The most direct channel for radio and TELEVISION programs to meet audiences and audiences is the broadcast link.Therefore,to ensure the safety and high quality broadcast of TV programs is a topic worthy of attention.The broadcast safety of radio and TV programs has important significance and role.In order to ensure the broadcast safety,ensure the normal operation of system equipment,and prevent the occurrence of unmanned accidents,it has become an important premise and basis.The staff of the program broadcast control room is the main person responsible for the control of broadcast control equipment and has the main responsibility for safe broadcast.From the perspective of human resource management,preventing employee burnout is an important way to ensure broadcast safety.This paper first summarizes the connotation,performance and causes of job burnout,and expounds the characteristics of employee job burnout.Secondly,it introduces the management content and evaluation methods of job burnout,analyzes the work tasks of LTV program broadcast control studio,studies the work status of employees in LTV program broadcast control studio,and summarizes the current burnout status.Combining with job burnout of related theoretical analysis,and use the MBI-GS inventory system,involved in job burnout questionnaire investigations,face to face interview and statistical analysis to explore LTV programs broadcast studio staff the present situation of job burnout,and USES the job stress scale,job satisfaction scale and the scale of organizational justice,The specific influencing factors of job burnout in LTV program control studio are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the performance of job burnout presented by employees,improvement strategies to deal with job burnout are put forward from the work level,individual level and organization level,so as to reduce the phenomenon of job burnout of employees and escort the broadcast safety.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the prospect of future research is put forward.This study enriched the research samples in this field,explored the burnout status of TV station broadcast control staff,effectively reduced the threat to broadcast security caused by job burnout,and provided reference value for the efficient management of TV station broadcast control studio staff. |
