Design And Optimization Of Television Broadcast System On Digitalized Broadcast And Control Technology

With the development of digitalized TV programs, the concept of digitalizedbroadcasting has been widely accepted. Many provincial media have launched a new roundof redevelopment of digitalized broadcasting. TV stations that have adopted digitalizedbroadcasting are upgrading and expanding the hard disk broadcast system, others have shownstrong interest in it. Hard disk broadcast system is now the hot topic and new trend ofbroadcast improvement. This thesis makes in-depth discussion on the scientificity, safety,digitalization, networking, file-sharing and expansion capacity of hard disk broadcast system.Leading TV stations at home have adopted the digital broadcasting system, widely applythe automatic broadcast of hard-disk server and realize a new mode of TV mediabroadcasting and control with video servers as its core. This thesis introduces the hard waresand related technologies in the digital broadcasting and control system as well as problemsemerged in the practice concerning software and hardware after the transformation. Thisthesis also makes proposals for improvement and design. As to improvement of the hardware,the thesis suggests constructing a managing network for tape library according to differentsituations of different TV stations: integrate the tape library and other departments into anetwork, upgrade equipments in broadcasting and control center, establish a more scientificand reasonable duty system for program directors, and strengthen the training of those onduty for basic technology. As to software, the thesis redesigns the necessary layout editingsoftware for route program arrangements, therefore resolves problems such as slow softwareoperation and frequent system halts that may affect safe broadcasting, resulting in bettereffects and reduced expenses. The thesis also explores way to reduce risks of malfunctioningand better safeguard program quality control.
