Research On Integrated Health Management Of Radio And Television Security Broadcast Technology System

The security broadcast of radio and television is an important issue concerning advanced cultural communication and national cultural security.In 2014,the State Administration of Radio Film and Television published “Regulations on the Administration of Radio and Television security broadcast”,which set a higher request to the safety and reliability of the security broadcasting of radio and television.Along with the shorter update cycle and increased complexity of the radio and television technology system,the risk and uncertainty of the system are increasing too.Radio and TV security broadcast technology system involves production,transmission,distribution,reception and other sections,enjoying wild coverage and great influence,of which broadcast and transmission sections have the highest security broadcasting security grade requirements.Radio and television technical workers have always been seeking technology and methods to improve the security ability of radio and TV security broadcast.The Integrated Health Management integrates security,reliability,fault management,measurability and cost-benefit analysis into one common system frame,some technology and methods can be applied to radio and television industry.Based on Integrated Health Management,this essay firstly introduces the basic framework and development of the Integrated Health Management,as well as elaborating some common ways and theories of state evaluation and fault diagnosis of the system.Secondly,I will analyze and summarize the characteristics of radio and television technology system,including the classification of Radio and Television Technology,composition of the system,relevant regulations for safe broadcasting and the classification and characteristics of safe broadcasting accidents with relevant cases analyzed.Thirdly,after combining expert knowledge with the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers,I will propose a specific model for evaluating the health status of radio and television technology system,and demonstration it with an example.Forth,I will summarize the diagnosis process and technology in the theory of Integrated Health Management,and then put forward a feasible fault diagnosis model based on subsystem health assessment.Lastly,I will combine the System Comprehensive Health State Assessment and Subsystem Fault Diagnosis Model,and design an Integrated Health Management system for Satellite Specialty of Radio and Television.According to this study,the implementation of health management based on health status assessment and fault diagnosis will efficiently improve the reliability,safety,predictability and economy of Radio and Television Technology system.
