China is a large multi-ethnic country with splendid and diverse ethnic cultures.The Maonan ethnic group has a small population.As an intangible cultural heritage,the Maonan ethnic group’s "Fei Tao" is also an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The Maonan ethnic group in Huanjiang has been lifted out of poverty by 2020.Now it is a new starting point for Huanjiang County to further consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization.The continuous emergence of new media has brought more opportunities for the dissemination of the Nuo culture of the Maonan ethnic group,and also provided a breakthrough for further promoting cultural prosperity and helping the revitalization of local villages.The Maonan " Fei Tao" is not only the main carrier of the Maonan Nuo culture,but also my country’s intangible cultural heritage.It is rich in distinctive ethnic cultural characteristics and has historical research value.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the dissemination of the Maonan intangible cultural heritage "Fei Tao",analyzes the difficulties and difficulties faced by the Maonan Nuo culture in the process of dissemination,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Firstly,it clarifies the concepts related to the Maonan Nuo culture,and according to historical data,sorts out the historical evolution process of the Maonan Nuo culture around Huanjiang.Secondly,I have a specific understanding of the inheritance,development and innovation of the Maonan Nuo cultural carrier " Fei Tao",and focus on the current situation of the spread of " Fei Tao".Then,according to the current situation,we found the difficulties encountered in the process of dissemination of Maonan Nuo culture,including the change of Nuo culture representation and the contradiction of audience needs,limited dissemination effect due to a single dissemination channel,and the dissemination subject still has a large room for action,etc.Finally,the paper further analyzes the opportunities brought by the new media to the dissemination of the Maonan intangible cultural heritage Nuo culture,and gives suggestions and strategies for the above problems,including establishing a dissemination system within the ethnic group,seeking new media dissemination channels,and in the development process.To find a balance between economic development and cultural communication and other communication strategies,it will help the cultural revitalization of Huanjiang,and also provide a reference direction for the media at all levels in Guangxi and Huanjiang to report the Nuo culture of the Maonan ethnic group.
