Research On Topic Map-Based Intangible Culture Heritage Archive Resource Aggregation

The strength and the prosperity of a nation need to be supported by cultural prosperity, the great rejuvenation of China also need the development and prosperity of Chinese culture. In recent years, the construction of archive culture is a hot issue in academic circles. The provincial archives institutions have launched the construction of archive culture. The 18th national congress have put forward and promoted the development of Chinese traditional culture, and strengthen the mining of Chinese excellent traditional culture. In this context, the author argue that the construction of archive resources of the intangible cultural heritage is important and meaningful.Intangible cultural heritage is the wisdom of China, which contains traditional virtues, the way of thinking, spiritual value and national culture of our country. It reflects Chinese strong creativity, it is also the symbol of human civilization. At present, the protection of the intangible cultural heritage archives is facing many challenges. The management and utilization is of great significance to the development of archives and cultural development. However, there are many problems, such as the integration of resources mostly stay in traditional literature resources, lack of semantic resources description and so on. So we need to seek new ways to realize the protection and use of intangible cultural heritage archives resources.The topic map is a new knowledge organization technology,it absorbs the thinking of semantic web and ontology. We can use it to create a rich semantic model, and browse and retrieval information, as well as integrate different data resources. Topic map is very flexible. Topic map has three basic elements (TAO): Topic, Association, and Occurrence(resource guide). The topic map can build a semantic web,which is independent of technology platform. The semantic web can express the relation between different themes,also can be targeted to resources. It has multiple functions, like knowledge navigation,knowledge orientation etc.This paper aggregate intangible cultural heritage archive resource with topic map technology, develops an intangible cultural heritage archive resource topic map. In addition, this paper develops a topic map with "Huangmeixi" which trace of Hubei Province and Anhui Province.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,carries out research conditions of topic map and intangible cultural heritage archives resource aggregation. Then expounds the research contents, research methods, innovation and organizational structure.The second chapter introduces the related theories of topic maps and the intangible cultural heritage archive resources.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the intangible cultural heritage resources integration, and the advantages of the application of topic map.The fourth chapter is about the framework of the model of intangible heritage resource aggregation based on topic map. The model consists of four layers: resource layer, generation layer, application layer and user layerThe fifth chapter develops a topic map of "Huangmeixi".In the last chapter, the author summarizes the deficiency and the future research direction.
