Shanghai "intangible cultural heritage" has a very important position in many of China's cultural heritage project. For thousands of years, various projects of heritage in the traditional oral teaching in the form of inherited. With the Internet information era, the development of digital technology and network media have emerged, has brought great changes to the new media form, put forward the new thinking of development for network communication of Shanghai "intangible cultural heritage". Shanghai intangible cultural heritage in our country numerous "intangible cultural heritage" project, has the unique national characteristics, the number of the list was included in the first batch of national level, and the world's intangible cultural heritage list, has been around the world "intangible cultural heritage" lovers of concern. However, with the increasing trend of globalization, the traditional oral teaching mode has been unable to inherit with internet information times, communication mode, speed and breadth by other strong field of crowding and threats, and many of the rich ethnic characteristics of high-quality projects are facing extinction dilemma. Therefore, the use of this emerging network media protection and communication of Shanghai intangible cultural heritage is imminent, which is the research on the new media forms is very important. This paper takes Shanghai "intangible cultural heritage" as the research point, with new media and new media perspective, to explore how to use new media as a platform to effectively spread the Shanghai intangible cultural heritage".
