The rapid development of science and technology has accelerated the speed of product upgrading,but the number of used products that have been eliminated has gradually increased.Electronic waste contains considerable potential value.Recycling and reusing of electronic waste is an effective measure to solve the trouble of energy crisis and environmental pollution.The second,as the products on the market become more and more abundant,the purchasing power of consumers is gradually increasing,so consumers prefer to compare multiple purchases to make optimal purchasing decisions.Therefore,in order to increase the competitive advantage,the e-commerce platform has added a "platform selling" model that allows manufacturers to direct products on the platform based on the traditional "platform reselling" model,so that the platform attracts more products because of the large number of products.In addition,it is more and more common for consumers to buy second-hand products through the secondary market.The existence of the secondary market will have an impact on the optimal decision and profit of manufacturers and e-commerce platforms.Therefore,this paper closely studies the actual background,and studies the closed-loop supply chain decision-making problem based on E-commerce platform secondary market exploit strategy under different sales models.This paper mainly includes the following three research contents:(1)Research on closed-loop supply chain decision-making considering the exploit strategy of e-commerce platform secondary market under single sales mode.Here only the"platform selling" and "platform reselling" scenario is considered,and in two scenario,the closed-loop supply chain decision model without the secondary market and the closed-loop supply chain decision model with the secondary market are established.The game theory and method are used to obtain the optimal pricing and production decision of the manufacturer without the secondary market,the optimal pricing and ordering decisions for e-commerce platform with the secondary market,and the optimal expected profit of manufacturer and e-commerce platform in the two cases.Through analysis and example analysis,the effects of sales commission rate,unit production cost for new products,sales competition on the optimal decision and profit of the two are studied.(2)Research on closed-loop supply chain decision-making considering the exploit strategy of e-commerce platform secondary market under hybrid reselling mode.Here we study the dual model of "platform selling+platform reselling",and in this scenario,the e-closed-loop supply chain decision model without the secondary market and the e-closed-loop supply chain decision model with the secondary market are established.The game theory and method are used to obtain the optimal pricing and production decision of the manufacturer and the optimal pricing,the optimal pricing and ordering decisions for e-commerce platform,and the optimal expected profit of manufacturer and e-commerce platform.Through analysis and example analysis,the effects of sales commission rate,unit production cost for new products,sales competition on the optimal decision and profit of manufacturer and e-commerce platform are studied.(3)The mobile phone produced by company A was taken as the research object to conduct application research,collect relevant data and bring it into the closed-loop supply chain decision-making problem based on e-commerce platform secondary market exploit strategy under different sales models for solution and numerical simulation.Finally,it analyzes the application effect of e-commerce platform without secondary market and with secondary market to explore the sales model preferences of manufacturers and e-commerce platforms.This paper fully considers the actual operating characteristics of the different model of the closed-loop supply chain,combined with sales competition,old product recycling and other influencing factors,the closed-loop supply chain decision models based on e-commerce platform secondary market development strategy under different sales models was given,which provides guidance and development direction for enterprises to make relevant decisions.
