In recent years, mobile phones, especially smart phones, have been rapidly developed and popularized and become an essential part of people's lives. However, while smart phones have brought convenience to people's lives, they have also brought many negative effects, such as obsolescence.Improper handling of mobile phones will cause waste of resources and environmental pollution. In addition, the number of used mobile phones continues to increase as the frequency of cell phone replacements accelerates. Most of the used mobile phones in China have not been formalized and environmentally friendly. Therefore,it has caused great danger to the ecological environment.Become an important problem to be solved.Nowadays,"Internet+" is getting more and more attention.Through the integration of the Internet and traditional recycling models,a series of Internet recycling platforms have been created. In this recycling model, consumers and recyclers complete operations on the online platform.Easy operation across boundaries.Studying this emerging recycling model is of great significance to improving the recycling model of used mobile phones and improving the efficiency of recycling used mobile phones.Recycling is not the ultimate goal. From the perspective of sustainable development, remanufacturing and recycling of used mobile phones can only realize true resource recycling and bring profits to related companies. In addition to the traditional retail sales channels, mobile phones can also be sold through e-commerce channels, thus forming a mixed sales channel. The mixed sales channel will not only have a great impact on the forward supply chain, but also pose a huge challenge to the recovery of reverse logistics.Considering the complexity of the sales and recycling channels in China's mobile phone market, based on the Stackelberg oligopolistic competition model in game theory, this paper establishes a mixed recycling model of the closed-loop supply chain of used mobile phones under the"Internet+" background.1.Constructed a game model of the mixed recycling model of the closed-loop supply chain of used mobile phones(dual recycling channels),and used game theory to find the equilibrium solution of the three mixed recycling models of the closed-loop supply chain. The advantages and disadvantages of the recovery modes were compared. Finally, variables were selected for sensitivity analysis, and some useful conclusions were drawn.2.Established a game model of the mixed recycling model of the closed-loop supply chain of used mobile phones(three recycling channels),and used game theory to find the equilibrium solution of the three mixed recycling models of the closed-loop supply chain. The advantages and disadvantages of the recovery modes were compared. Finally, variables were selected for sensitivity analysis, and some useful conclusions were drawn.3.Based on the research in the previous two chapters,a dual-recycling channel model and a three-recycling channel model were selected, and government subsidy variables were added. While comparing the pricing strategies under two different mixed-channel recycling models, the government subsidies were also considered to be counter-productive.The impact of supply chain decisions. In short, this article has modeled and solved the mixed recycling model of the closed-loop supply chain of used mobile phones under the"Internet+"background. The research results have certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the economic management activities of manufacturing and recycling used mobile phones.
