Study On Closed Loop Supply Chain Based On PMLE And Its Key Supporting Technology

With the development of science and technology, products life cycle will be shorter and shorter, so we must lengthen the retrieval and utilization of products or their spare parts with high quality on the premise of considering efficiency question of environment and resources synthetically, to lengthen the retrieval and utilization time of the products, realize the multi-life cycle of the products. Success of Products Multi-life Engineering (PMLE) needs a large amount of further research. Closed loop supply chain is in terms of products multi-life cycle, run through the totally closed course from raw materials and spare part purchasing, transport, processing and manufacturing, distributing, consuming and retrieving re-manufacturing, to obtain the value of products and retrieving products. It is the management mode of green manufacturing that in integrative with resource optimization, environmental protection and enterprise's economic benefits.This text is based on the project of national 863 Program: "Research on key enabling technology and application supporting system for green manufacturing" and scientific research plan project of education department of Hubei: "Research on reverse supply chain management and its inventory technical". On the basis of analyzing current research of advanced theory and relevant technology of products multi-life engineering:1 Close loop supply chain with its production, concept, intension and characteristic; On this basis, a kind of system structure of closed loop supply chain was set up.2 The unique design principle and operation mode of closed loop supply chain for green manufacturing, and the IDEF0 model of closed loop supply chain, a method to appraise the efficiency method of closed loop supply chain, number value and calculating example.3 Key supporting technology of closed loop supply chain based on PMLE, including products retrieving technology, green logistics technology , and inventory optimization technology.The uncertain factors of products retrieving in reverse supply chain. On the basis of current research situation of retrieving technical, products retrieving tactics, products retrieve model, and classifying method of retrieving products of closed loop supply chain; the green logistics technology under the environment of closed loop supply chain; the inventory problem under the environment of the closed loop supply chain, a sort of security inventory model of closed loop supply chain, salvation of the model.4 Some problem of present inventory controlling of manufacturing company, the modern inventory management mode under the environment of the supply chain, a management information system of the supply chain inventory. The supply chain inventory management information system is an important module of closed loop supply chain management application supporting system, including the material joining sub-module, the material minus sub- module, the database inquiring and revising sub-module, the reporting sub-module, interfaces connections to other supply chain links.
