| As the product of digital economy times,service manufacturing becomes one of our new economic growth drivers.It is the key to realize China’s transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.With the wide application of digital technology,platform economy and intelligent manufacturing,the development level of service manufacturing is constantly upgraded.The personalization and timeliness of customer demand promote the emergence of new business demand and model of service manufacturing.Digital transformation becomes the inevitable strategic choice of enterprise development.However,due to the influence of traditional value logic and the limitation of digital level development,service manufacturing enterprises are in a low level of operation.It still has a large room for improvement.Therefore,the digital transformation of service manufacturing enterprises is the key to achieve high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry.The research on enterprise digital transformation path in the academic circle usually takes manufacturing industry as the object and ignores the characteristics of service manufacturing.The research on service manufacturing mainly focuses on the theoretical analysis of the value creation model and the impact of enterprise performance.There are few researches on its digital transformation,and quantitative researches need to be supplemented.Therefore,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the digital transformation path of service manufacturing is an important direction of current research on service manufacturing.It has important theoretical research value.In view of this,this paper takes service manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the main influencing factors of its digital transformation and explores the constituent agent and operating mechanism of its system.Therefore,the types and stages of digital transformation of service manufacturing enterprises are divided as the theoretical basis for path design and implementation.Secondly,the SPACE model of digital transformation of service manufacturing is constructed.According to the results of entropy-weight quantitative calculation and evaluation in the SPACE model,it designs the paths of different types of digital transformation in each development stage of service manufacturing enterprises.Then,the three-party evolutionary game model of digital transformation of service manufacturing enterprises is constructed.NETLOGO software is used to simulate the strategy selection of each subject in different digital transformation stages.Combined with the key points and main simulation results of different types of digital transformation paths proposed by SPACE model,specific implementation strategies of different types of digital transformation paths for service manufacturing enterprises are proposed.And carry out empirical research on specific service manufacturing enterprises.This paper hopes to provide scientific digital transformation paths and implementation strategies for service manufacturing enterprises,and achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and accelerate the rise of Chinese manufacturing in the global value chain. |
