| With the rapid development of new generation information technologies such as cloud computing and the Internet of Things,the market competition pattern faced by manufacturing enterprises is undergoing drastic changes.The transformation from traditional manufacturing mode to intelligent manufacturing mode has become an inevitable trend for high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.In this context,the Chinese government has proposed the "Made in China 2025" national strategy as the main development direction and action guide for the future development of the manufacturing industry,promoting deep integration of new generation information technologies with the manufacturing industry as the mainline and advancing intelligent manufacturing as the main focus.Therefore,exploring the evolution path and influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises’ transformation to "smart manufacturing" has important theoretical value and practical significance for achieving high-quality development in China.However,in practice,the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "smart manufacturing" is a continuous and dynamic process.The successful implementation of this transformation requires the participation of multiple players,and the complex system evolution path and equilibrium stability problem with multi-player participation urgently need to be addressed.Taking into account multiple rational actors with common values and complex connections,we have studied the equilibrium strategies and evolution paths of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "smart manufacturing" from the perspective of systems engineering,providing guidance and recommendations for the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in the manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper reviews the current research status of related studies at home and abroad.Based on this,this paper defines the concept and connotation of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "smart manufacturing",analyzes the role characteristics and interaction mechanisms among various stakeholders in the process of transforming manufacturing enterprises to "smart manufacturing",and identifies the key factors that affect the strategic choices of players from the perspectives of benefits and costs.Secondly,this paper constructs a multi-agent evolutionary game model of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing" based on the evolutionary game theory.this paper analyzes the evolutionary strategies and stability conditions of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing" in different situations according to the stability theorem of differential equations,explores the evolutionary paths of various stakeholders in the process of transforming manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing".Thirdly,this paper uses MATLAB software to numerically simulate and analyze the main factors that affect the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing".this paper analyzes the influence of each factor on the stability of the system’s evolutionary path equilibrium state,and clarifies the mechanisms by which each factor affects the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing".Finally,this paper provides targeted suggestions for promoting the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing".Taking into account various factors,this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "intelligent manufacturing" from the perspectives of manufacturing enterprises,consumers,and government.Our aim is to provide decision-making support and guidance for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and promote the upgrading of China’s manufacturing enterprises to "smart manufacturing". |
