Research On Quality Management Of S Securities Company’s IT System Operation And Maintenance

With the rapid development and maturity of China’s securities industry,transaction types and transaction order ways of the securities market have increased dramatically.Also the number and scale of IT systems in securities companies have also increased.At the same time,the supervision of the regulatory agencies and the increasingly stringent requirements of investors for transaction services,securities companies have encountered great challenges in the management of IT system operation and maintenance.How to make good grades in the quality management of IT system operation and maintenance and keep up with the pace of the rising speed of securities industry is an important task that all securities companies need to face.By the means of ITIL,ISO20000,ISO9000 family and other standards,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of S securities company’s IT system operation and maintenance quality management,formulates the operation and maintenance quality management improvement plan and objectives in the form of a project,designs the operation and maintenance quality management system.The operation and maintenance quality management process and the operation and maintenance quality management maturity model for evaluation are used to evaluate the improvement plan and the effect after improvement.The main contents are as follows:(1)Status and problems of S securities company’s IT system operation and maintenance quality management.Four main problems in the current operation and maintenance work are pointed out,and specific plans and improvement goals are formulated for the improvement of operation and maintenance quality management in the form of projects.An operation and maintenance quality management maturity model is developed for objective evaluation before and after improvement.(2)Operation and maintenance quality management system and operation and maintenance quality management process.Design monitoring quality management process,incident and problem quality management process,human resources and configuration library quality management process.(3)Evaluation of the execution effect of the operation and maintenance quality management system and the operation and maintenance quality management process.Analyze and evaluate the maturity of S securities company’s information system operation and maintenance quality management improvement results,and at the same time draw out the content to be further improved and formulate a new improvement plan.This paper makes an attempt to improve the operation and maintenance quality management of the information system of the securities company,improves the management quality of the information system operation monitoring and event problems,and effectively improves the operation and maintenance management level of S securities company.Finally,the author makes a summary and outlook for this paper,hoping to provide reference for the securities industry and other companies.
