Senior secondary vocational schools of education reform has brought new perch astextbook prosperity. nevertheless, our textbook publishing continue to lag behind in Seniorsecondary vocational schools of education, especially in marketing, in the 21st century later,there are special marketing personnel.This article againsts the publication of textbooks to the secondary vocational schools ofeducation and marketing, analysis to suitable for textbooks of the marketing strategy andtactics . trying to find out a set of the marketing mix, for the present stage of Senior secondaryvocational schools of marketing.This article discusses the backgrounds of the topic, the target, the content and themethod. This article discusses the development of the organization and human resources,finance, it analyses the macro-environment, competition environment and demandenvironment, and points out the current SWOT the company faces. In this paper,combiningthe actual situation in the market, segments the market, select the target market,then developsthe marketing mix, including product plan, price plan, place plan, and promotion plan. Then ,analyses the existed risks,and present the measurements to prevent risk.
