Since the 18th CPC National Congress,cultural self-confidence has been repeatedly emphasized in national policies and many profound explanations have been made.On March 22,2021,when visiting Wuyi Mountain,Fujian Province,state leaders talked about cultural self-confidence: "without China's 5000 year civilization,there is no reason for our success today." Cultural self-confidence has been paid more and more attention by the state,and the status of cultural related industries has been continuously improved.As a part of the cultural industry,cultural media,while attracting much attention,has higher and higher requirements for the operation of the industry,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.Focusing on the current industry development trend,can enterprises adapt to the continuous changes of the market,The upgrading of marketing strategy and strategy of media enterprises has a great impact on the future development of the company.JD media,as a well-known cultural industry group in the province,has been committed to providing one-stop valuable brand marketing services for governments,social organizations and enterprises at all levels.In the era of rapid economic development in China,whether enterprises can meet the development of the times and constantly break through themselves is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.JD media group has three business subsidiaries.Because the activity planning business subsidiary belongs to a sector with obvious growth rate and great potential,this paper studies the optimization of marketing strategy of JD media activity planning business subsidiary in order to promote the continuous development of the head office.This paper mainly focuses on the marketing strategy of JD media's event planning business.This paper introduces the marketing status of JD media company from the perspective of organizational structure,business structure and marketing status.By analyzing and sorting out the external environment of JD media activity planning business,including macro environment and competitive environment,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Finally,according to the current situation and problems,this paper puts forward the product strategy,channel strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and service strategy.And take financial planning,talent system and corporate culture construction as the guarantee to better improve the marketing problems faced by JD media event planning business.
