| The industrial Internet is the cornerstone of the fourth industrial revolution and an important starting point to drive the high-quality development of China’s industrial economy.In the past two years,the three major operators have accelerated the construction of 5G infrastructure,promoted the integrated development of 5G+industrial Internet,and preliminarily solved the problems of unstable WiFi network,weak flexible expansion capacity of optical fiber network and insufficient computing and storage capacity of industrial Internet through the low latency,large bandwidth,high reliability and edge computing of 5G mobile communication technology.However,the process of digital transformation and upgrading of industrial Internet enterprises is still relatively slow.There are problems such as insufficient core technical capacity,obvious data island effect,single production mode,immature industrial ecology,etc.at the same time,5G construction costs are high,investment is large,energy consumption is large,and the business model is not clear.In this context,focusing on the integrated development of 5G+industrial Internet,combined with the digital transformation strategy of industrial Internet,the paper studies how 5G technology is applied in manufacturing and other industries,what value 5G overlay related technologies can bring to the industrial Internet,and what value realization strategies are.Firstly,taking China Mobile as an example,the SWOT analysis method is used to study the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of China Mobile’s 5G+ industrial Internet strategy.Secondly,the case method is used to analyze the current network application of 5G technology in the three industries of smart factory,power and port.The market situation of the business is analyzed through the Boston matrix.Thirdly,the challenges and problems faced by the development of 5G+industrial Internet are combed through investigation and research,Finally,the overall strategy,value evaluation model and value realization strategy of 5G in the development of industrial Internet are put forward.It is concluded that 5G overlay computing network,digital twin,artificial intelligence and other core technologies will play a catalytic role in improving the performance of industrial Internet enterprise network,upgrading industrial model,expanding ecological cooperation,etc.through the double spiral rise of industrial Internet business and 5G technology integration,it will trigger the multiplier effect,effectively promote the digital upgrading of industrial Internet and realize commercial realization.5G’s technology driven value is reflected in improving quality and efficiency and promoting the digital transformation of enterprises.The commercial realization value is reflected in the direct or indirect driving effect on the economy,the analysis of operators’products and profit models.It is suggested to further improve Arup value by reducing tariffs and controlling capital expenditure,and promote the innovation of 5G’s vertical industry product business model.The industrial enabling value is reflected in the new opportunities brought by 5G’s comprehensive cooperation,Help to form the integration capability of the enterprise’s industrial chain and reduce the cost of business model innovation.At the same time,as the "connecter" of industrial Internet,operators should take the construction of 5G network as an opportunity to deepen the value management based on scale,promote the comprehensive expansion of 5G business to "end,management,cloud and platform",build a new service support system of "connection+computing power+capacity",and strengthen cross industry ecological cooperation.According to the digital transformation development strategy of industrial Internet,this paper innovatively puts forward the 5G+integrated development route of industrial Internet,and puts forward a value evaluation system based on the three perspectives of 5G"technology driven value,industrial enabling value and commercial realization value" for the first time.It is the first time to put forward the solution of reconstructing the whole process of the production chain through digital twin technology,and the method of full data acquisition based on SDK module and soft probe.Innovative analysis of operator mode,Internet mode,customer self built mode,and multi-dimensional business model design of 5g vertical industry. |
