The Research On Internet Of Vehicle Business Model Of COWIN Company

With the increasing development of information communication and Mobile Internet technology,Internet of Things (IOT) is coming will be faced with precious opportunity. As an important application of Internet of things, Internet of Vehicle (IOV) has got popular attention. It is the important transforming and upgrading for auto industry.IOV provides good opportunities for development of CO WIN. Under the condition of new technology and market of Internet of Vehicle, CO WIN will develop the business model as the Competitive Strategy and Core competencies, and integer the Internet of Vehicle industry chain based on the value chain. COWIN will build Business Ecosystem model and form the competitive advantage.Based on the theories of the Internet of Vehicle and Business Model, we analysed the base and route of the business innovation.Secondly, based on Maslow’s theory and the feature of Internet of Vehicle, we designed market questionnaire to expand the research the customer need.Thirdly, we analysed the external environment by the PEST model, and analysed capability, resource, strengths and weakness. According to the feature of Internet of Vehicle, we researched the problem and improved direction, and formulated the business model which is suit for COWIN.Then we planned Internet of Vehicle project and operation tactics based on the Business Ecosystem model. We also analysed the implementary steps. Finally, we evaluated the feasibility of the project from the financial point of view. According to research results, we draw a final conclusion and gave a reasonable proposal.The paper is innovative in the following three points:(1) Does a comprehensive research on the Internet of Vehicle. (2) Analyzes the business model for Internet of Vehicle from Value Chain and Business Ecosystem perspectives. (3) Plans systematically solution about building Business Ecosystem model for COWIN.
