| With the continuous development of the economy and the rapid development of the Internet and mobile Internet,the continuous enrichment of the functions of the software and the speed of software updates are accelerating.In this context,higher requirements for software quality have been put forward.In the face of the above market trends,how to improve the level of software quality management has become a new problem facing managers in the software industry.This paper first summarizes the research results related to software quality impact factors and software quality management measures,and analyzes and elaborates the theoretical contents of quality management and software quality management.Secondly,taking Company H’s rule engine project as a practical case,we summarize the current situation of quality management of Company H’s rule engine project from the stages of requirements,design and testing,and analyze the problems of quality management of Company H’s rule engine project with the help of brainstorming.Again,based on the defect analysis of Company H’s rule engine project,the 4M1E analysis method,fishbone diagram analysis method and 5W analysis method are applied to analyze the causes of the problems of Company H’s rule engine project quality management in depth.Finally,taking the existing problems and causes as the guide,we propose improvement suggestions and guarantee measures for the quality management of Company H’s software development project.This paper takes the quality management of Company H’s rule engine project as the research topic and summarizes the problems of its quality management and proposes improvement suggestions.The research results provide a reference of methods and ideas for the same type of enterprises to discover the problems of software quality management and solve them. |
