In recent years, with the diversification of the development of it and software user demand, including software products, including the system development, more and more functional and different, complex, software project requirements in the development cycle of stringent constraints to develop high quality software products. The development of software development and manufacture of industrial products, at all stages of the project management of QCD (quality (quality), cost (expense) and delivery (NA)) were associated with this measurement method is widely used. It is difficult to find their own situation and reflects the quality evaluation standard. For evaluation of quality in the development process are generally evaluated indexes of some quality obtained by the organization based on past experience, the assessment does not reach the standard of quantitative.To implement the plan in a short period of QCD, how to efficiently implement in the design stage output of high quality, and the quality inspection in the testing stage, the development process is very important. Therefore, it is necessary in the design stage, makes a quantitative analysis of the design, grasp the complete variety of document quality, early detection of problems, to achieve the overall quality of the software project development to ensure design quality.In this paper, we focus on the implementation of quantitative quality management in software project design stage. This paper analyzes the problems in the process of implementing the quantitative quality management at the design stage, and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the quality management process from the organization level to the design review.In the design stage of implementation to quantify the quality of management practice in application of quality management model (control chart model, regional graph model, Compertz Curve Model, regression model, trend model) of the specific methods of operation are introduced in this paper. For the software development organization of software quality improvement to provide reference.
