Research On Agile Development Project Quality Management Of E Company

With the prevalence of agile development in China and the advent of the digital China era,agile development projects are emerging with ever increasing fierce competition.the quality of agile development projects has always been a hot issue,affecting the success of the project itself.Agile teams generally use the agile development model to carry out product iterative development,with rapid trial and error,to verify new ideas or requirements at as little cost as possible.However,many agile teams do not pay attention to the demand quality of products and blindly arrange R&D without sufficient research,resulting in bigger waste.In addition,quality management will be simply ignored for the pursuit of speed during the agile development,which makes the quality level of agile development poor.Although the quality management has been improved with the introduction of a variety of agile development methods in China,there is still much room for improvement.Based on literature research and taking e company’s agile development project as a case,this paper makes an in-depth study on the quality management of its agile development project.The main research contents are as follows:1.Investigate the relevant quality management literature,summarize the basic theory,research progress and main methods of product demand quality management and agile development quality management through progressive level,and complete the theoretical research;2.Make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of E company’s agile development project,combining the corresponding theoretical research,excavate the product demand quality problems and agile development quality problems existing in the project;3.Design the improvement scheme for the existing quality management problems in combination with the characteristics of the project;4.implement the quality management improvement scheme,and analyze the implementation effect,combining the current situation of product users and the situation of agile development team;5.Summarize the improvement effect of the improvement scheme on quality management,and analyze the reference value and shortcomings of the improvement scheme studied in this paper.
