Research On Agile Test Quality Management In FP Project

In recent years,software testing industry has strongly developed in China,and more and more people are joining this industry.In the development of software,people have realized that the quality of software would be not good without testing.For the Internet projects,the waterfall model of development has been unable to satisfied with the requirement which needs publish APP release rapidly.As a lightweight model,agile model instead of waterfall has been used popularly in current development projects.As an important stage in the process of agile development,agile testing ensures the quality of the project and th e product.In the process of agile testing,this is a highlighting issue about how to carry out effective quality management.This paper studies the quality management of agile testing in the FP project.First this paper studies the theory of quality management of agile testing.It investigates the appropriate quality management methods through the difference between the agile test and the traditional test;the quality trilogy;the quality management practices these three aspects.Then,it analyzes the current status of FP project quality management,puts forwards three quality problems of testing: quality process is incomplete,quality indicator control is inadequate,and quality assurance is missing.It analyzes these above problems through the pareto cha rt and stratification these two analysis methods of quality management and find the root cause.Then the solution of the quality management of the agile testing is designed.TMMI model is introduced to improve the testing process,statistical process control(SPC)is used to control the test quality indicators,and the quality assurance monitor the quality process and quality indicators.Finally,it introduces the specific implementation process and implementation effect of the solution in the quality management of FP project.The practical application of agile test quality management in the FP project shows that it is found that the number of defects in FP project is significantly reduced,and the test quality indicators are controlled in acceptable range,w hich is monitored by new quality assurance.And solves the three test quality problems effectively,making the project development cost reduced by 20%,and the product quality improved.
