With the development of the domestic intelligent manufacturing industry,more and more software needs to be relied on in the production activities of large-scale manufacturing industries,but most software is not integrated and cannot be used together.The model and data driven integrated collaborative platform of Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Development of the author’s internship company has well solved these problems: on the one hand,it provides data services covering the whole life cycle of data modeling,processing,management and application for the R &D process of manufacturing equipment,and on the other hand,it provides an integrated collaborative development environment for R & D personnel.In this system,the author is mainly responsible for the design and implementation of five functional modules: process driven module,collaborative job management module,R & D big data module,social collaboration module and unified workbench.Of which:(1)Process driven module: responsible for process customization and monitoring,including design process information management,business tree management,design process engine,dynamic process and other functions,to provide support for users to design and monitor the overall and subsystem processes.(2)Collaborative operation management module: manage the product data and resource allocation of different projects through the three member group mode,including task planning,baseline management and other functions.(3)Research and development of big data module: be responsible for the unified management of all data assets of the enterprise,and increase the value of enterprise data assets through big data means such as analysis,mining and cross system linkage,including data asset management,BOM storage and analysis,test simulation data analysis and other functions.(4)Social collaboration module: carry out cross platform information sharing and collaboration in the product life cycle through social collaboration,including instant messaging,online conference,document collaboration and other functions.(5)Unified workbench module: it provides a unified operation integration platform for applications to realize rapid integration of subsystems,including single sign on,engineering application center,task management,email management,schedule management and other modules.At present,the system has been accepted by customers and officially put into use.Its ease of use and reliability have reached the expected goal.It has realized the integration of the model and data of the whole link of manufacturing production,the collaborative development of personnel,improved the production efficiency and saved the production cost.
