With the continuous advancement of the digitalization of the manufacturing industry,the introduction of advanced design and manufacturing systems has become one of the important ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the application units of each software are self-contained,and there is a lack of effective information sharing and utilization between each other.In addition,with the increasing number of product data and the inability to integrate between systems,the phenomenon of "information islands" is severely restricted.The design and production efficiency of enterprises has been further improved.And as the link between design and manufacturing,whether the product process data can be managed efficiently will also directly affect the efficiency of the company's overall production system.Company A has many problems in the process design of products under the existing application process design mode,such as difficulty in reusing experience process knowledge,poor process route design standardization,low process resource allocation efficiency,poor portability of paper process documents,and difficult storage.In order to solve the above problems,this article combines the business needs of the company on the digital process design system,and designs an overall plan for collaborative management of process data based on the Teamcenter platform and Android APP.Based on the Teamcenter data platform,by solving the core issues of system process information management,process design,process resource allocation and process specification release in an integrated environment,the current information barriers between design and manufacturing under the model-based model can be solved,and process design can be realized The goal of efficient execution of the process.In order to improve the portability of process data access,while taking into account the current rapid development of mobile devices and 5G technology,this article developed an Android APP application to achieve real-time access to process data on the mobile terminal.This article combines real business examples of users to verify the feasibility and stability of the execution process.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Research on optimal allocation of process resources.This article classifies the process resources to build a process resource library,which is mainly divided into a standard library,a process name library,a process term library,a process problem library,a process parameter library,a typical process library,a process route library,and a process template library.When it can be cured,this process can be used as a typical template process,which can maximize the efficiency of the manufacturing process BOP of the process personnel and reduce the error rate of the process design.The establishment of a process resource database can enable enterprises to realize efficient use of process knowledge,and can be continuously upgraded on the basis of existing process knowledge.(2)Research on process derivation design technology.Actual research shows that most of the current product processes are highly similar to the previous generation.Therefore,the process template of such products can be abstracted,new process routes can be planned through process derivative design,and process design efficiency can be improved.(3)Research on the output technology of the process specification report form.Based on the process Bom Line compiled by the process personnel,the process information is extracted,mapped and summarized through the secondary development of Teamcenter,and the electronic version of the process specification report is output.(4)Research on collaborative management technology of process data.This paper develops an Android APP for process data management,which calls the Web Service service in the intranet of the enterprise to complete the data interaction with the client,and realizes the collaborative management of process data.In this paper,the development of the process management collaborative platform and the application of Android APP can enable data to be efficiently managed while real-time access by process personnel,which provides strong support for improving the efficiency of process data flow and promoting the digital transformation of enterprises.
