Research On The Optimization Path Of Corporate Risk Management System Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and China’s economy has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development,new requirements have been put forward for risk prevention and control.In April 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping published a review of important discussions on preventing and defusing major risks,putting forward higher requirements for risk management.The advent of digital era not only promotes the transformation of enterprise business model and the reconstruction of internal business process,but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction and implementation of enterprise risk management system.In the era of VUCA,more enterprises began to use digital means for business process control and risk management,optimizing the original risk management system to realize the digital transformation of the risk management system has become a mode of organizational management.On the basis of summarizing the theory of digital transformation,this paper explores the optimization path of enterprise risk management system under the background of digital transformation.The research of this paper will enrich the academic research on digital transformation and enterprise risk management;Besides,the application research on THE risk management system of C Company from the overall level provides valuable experience for other enterprises to build and optimize the risk management system through digitization,which has strong practical significance.Based on internal control theory,enterprise risk management theory and digital transformation theory,this paper adopts the method of single case study,combines literature research method and investigation and interview method,and takes C Company as an example to carry out research.First of all,starting from the existing problems in the company’s original risk management system,analyze the necessity of risk management system optimization,and the optimization process and effectiveness of the risk management system;Secondly,combined with internal control theory,enterprise risk management theory and digital transformation theory,the optimization mechanism of enterprise risk management system under the digital background is studied.Finally,the optimization path of digital transformation of risk management system is explored.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,under the background of digital transformation,it is necessary to optimize the digital transformation of risk management system,and the optimization results are obvious.The digital transformation of risk management system can improve the effectiveness of risk management,realize the systematization of management process,integration of internal control and professional talent management.Secondly,explore the optimization mechanism of digital transformation affecting the digital transformation of risk management system.As the starting point of the construction of digital risk management system,digital transformation can cause the internal reform of enterprises from top to bottom,and then lead to the optimization of risk management system from bottom to top.Thirdly,the optimization path of digital transformation of enterprise risk management system is studied.This paper establishes a sub-digital risk management system model;Enterprises can prevent risks through management innovation and control risks with the help of digital technology.The realization path of digital transformation and optimization of risk management system is to comprehensively upgrade the original risk management system,then build a digital risk management platform by using digital means,continue to optimize internal control and risk management process,and finally use data to drive risk management to achieve value creation.
