With the rapid development of science and technology,information on people's daily lives and the development of the country more and more important.However,for some new industries,its information development and performance is not symmetrical,and the performance is more intensive.The financial sector has a high demand for data security,whether it is data surface transmission,or network information transmission,data exchange will be accompanied by information security.However,information technology for the bank all the business and information and other operations are very important,not only for the information sharing provides a platform,And it helps business processes and business relationships.With the rapid development of the information age,the banking business has become more and more complicated,and its information security risk coefficient also increases,and perfecting the financial information management system becomes the inevitable trend of the development of the field.The existing system in terms of security performance there are still some risk management issues,its function has been unable to meet people's needs,so the upgrading of the system has become an inevitable trend in the development of the field.In order to solve the problem of risk management,this paper puts forward the research on the risk management of the upgrading and reconstruction project of the archives Employee management system of the Guang XiBeibu Gulf banking in Guangxi province,which is based on theemployees management system of bank.The Employee management system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf can not only improve the efficiency of enterprise financial information,but also can improve the efficiency of financial information within the unit.In the growing trend of financial business,the Employee management system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf Bank using the network and computer software to create business processing systems and business management system,replacing the traditional manual business.Therefore,Employeemanagement system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf Bank for the development of the field is of great significance.Based on the relevant literature,this paper puts forward the main research contents of this paper by finding relevant literatures and understanding the present situation of the management system.This article mainly for theEmployee management system of Guangxi Beibu Gulf bank was upgraded.Firstly,it introduces the Employee management system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf bank,and then analyzes the characteristics and functions of GuangXi Beibu Gulf bank employee management system.Finally,it discusses the defects of GuangXi Beibu Gulf bank employee anagement system.In order to upgrade the archives Employee management system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf bank and understand the basic situation of the project,the function requirement and development environment of the project are analyzed,and the function module is realized.In addition,according to the standard of the bank's technical risk rating system,the risk identification and evaluation of the upgrading project are carried out.By analyzing the risk assessment results,the development risk of the employee management system of GuangXi Beibu Gulf bank is found out and some control measures are taken.
