| Taking the software development business of Company F as the analysis object,this paper studies its competitive strategy.This paper focuses on the three steps of strategic management:strategic analysis,strategic choice and strategic implementation.Firstly,it explains the background and significance of this research,as well as the structural framework,ideas and methods of this paper,analyzes and summarizes the research history and research status of domestic and foreign competitive strategy,introduces the business content and operation of Company F,and expounds the problems faced by the company at present.Then,in the strategic analysis part,the external environment part analyzes the macro environment,industry environment,as well as the strategic group and competitors of Company F,so as to find the opportunities suitable for the development of Company F in the industry;and in the internal environment part carries out value chain analysis,internal resource analysis and benchmarking analysis to clarify the core competitiveness of Company F.In the part of strategy selection,the conclusion of the overall cost leadership adopted is drawn by using the strategic analysis tool,and the implementation strategies of technology transformation,software service quality improvement,marketing strategy development,incentive mechanism design,HR cost control and organizational culture construction are adopted to ensure the implementation of the competitive strategy in the activities of F Company.Finally,it summarizes the research results of this paper,and expounds the research deficiencies and the direction of future research.Through the three steps of analysis,choice and implementation,this paper explores and establishes the competitive strategy suitable for the software development business of Company F,and puts forward the corresponding implementation strategy,which provides a reference for Company F to reduce the cost of software development business,improve the efficiency of software development,develop customers from more areas and improve the sales performance of software products.On the other hand,it provides a reference for other enterprises in the software industry with Company F. |
