Innovation driven strategy is the one of the important strategy of the construction of an innovative country and economy running smoothly,and the cultivating of innovative cluster as an important part of innovation-driven strategy,is of great significance to promote the innovative performance of industrial cluster.Multi-dimensional proximity is an important soft driving factor to promote cluster innovation,which is instructive to explore the transformation of industrial clusters in China.In view of this,based on China's four major electronic information industry cluster life cycle,on the basis of division and determine to try from the Angle of view of the cluster life cycle,analyzing multi-dimensional proximity effect on every stage of life cycle of industrial clusters innovation effect,and establish the model of the empirical analysis,to explain the geographical proximity,cognitive proximity to the life cycle of electronic information industry cluster in our country the influence of different stages of innovation and the effect on the differentiation of different cluster.and then explore and promote China's electronic information industry cluster are generalized to all kinds of mechanism of industrial cluster's innovation and development.At first.the article reviews relevant research results at home and abroad,and defines the connotation of multi-dimensional proximity.On this basis,from the perspective of industrial cluster life cycle,this paper analyzes the dynamic influence mechanism of geographical proximity and cognitive proximity to innovation in each stage of industrial cluster.By using the combination of Logistic curve fitting and output growth rate,the various stages of the life cycle of China's electronic information industry cluster were determined from 1985 to 2015.Then according to the space gini coefficient and related research,selecting typical electronic information industry cluster in our country,the Bohai Sea,Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,Chengdu-Chongqing clusters as the research object,based on the related data from 1995 to 2015,gradually establish a regression model,the electronic information industry cluster different life cycle stages,geographical proximity and cognitive proximity to the empirical analysis on its innovation effect.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The three major clusters of the Bohai Sea,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta have entered the mature stage,while the Chengdu-Chongqing clusters are still in the growth stage.(2)The influence of geographical proximity on the evolution of each cluster is different:the Pearl River Delta was inverted U-type and the Yangtze River Delta are positive effects on the continuous increase,and the other two clusters are generally positive affected but different degrees of influence.(3)The impact of cognitive proximity to the innovation of the cluster is also differentiated:the positive impact of the Bohai Sea and chengdu-chongqing clusters for the continuous increase,the other two clusters showed a positive impact of varying degrees.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
