| Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,more and more simple artificial labor is gradually replaced by robots,and the demand for robot technology talents is growing explosively.Vocational colleges are the backbone to transport technical talents,and industrial robot training plays an important role in the training of technical talents in vocational colleges.Aiming at the problems of few functional modules,disconnection between module design and enterprise demand,and low intelligence of some training platforms,the project team developed rs007 l training platform,which not only retained the classic training modules,but also added 2D / 3D visual teaching and 3D bin picking system,making the functional modules rich and more intelligent.The research contents of this paper include structural design,dynamic simulation analysis,finite element analysis,PLC programming and electrical debugging:(1)Investigate relevant materials and understand the basic functional modules of industrial robot training platform.Based on the layout of other training platforms,the layout design is carried out from the perspectives of safety,structural characteristics,space utilization efficiency and visual effect,and the security mechanism is constructed.(2)Using Solid Works to carry out detailed design of loading module,material handling mechanism,TCP calibration,spraying module,assembly module,palletizing module,three-dimensional warehouse and slideway,and put forward the structural design ideas of layered structure and time-sharing reuse to improve the space utilization efficiency.(3)Adams dynamic simulation is carried out for the material handling plan and the situation of material falling in the warehouse.When the material does not slide down smoothly,five solutions are compared and analyzed.Adams is used to verify the feasibility of the design plan.The static analysis and modal analysis are carried out for the visual teaching module,slideway and bracket with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis to verify and optimize the design.(4)Research on PLC program control,MODBUS frequency conversion communication and touch screen configuration,realize PLC logic control programming of training platform,frequency conversion control based on Modbus communication and construction and demonstration of touch screen configuration.It has been proved by practice that using series design tables and parameterized modeling design methods of Solid Works software to generate a self defined library can avoid simple repeated work and improve design efficiency;in structural design,layered structure and time-sharing reuse design ideas are proposed to improve space utilization;in programming control,modular organization structure is adopted to divide regional distribution memory for convenient program inspection In the aspect of operation and debugging,there are differences between virtual simulation and real environment in the aspects of screw rod and access material,analyze the reasons,track the corresponding parameters in dynamic simulation,and propose the corresponding solutions. |
