This thesis takes the designing & research on synthesis training platform of industrialcontrol system as background. This platform aims to fill the needs of our country'smodernization in advanced automation talents. The object of this piatform is to make thecollege student majored in automation and some correlation can get the training which likea real control system. And writer makes this training to be more. standard, more likeengineering.Writer firstly did a total design for the training platform of industrial control system.Writer had chosen the modern control devices which were wildly used in industrial spots tomake up this control system. At the same time, by using the conception of computeremulation, writer created the control object and controller which were emulated bysoftware. They helped extend the function of this platform and made the process ofdesigning conveniently. Writer also designed a manage system for this synthesis trainingplatform to improve the efficiency of the devices.Based on the process of designing a real control system, using processing station as aexample which is in a module processing system, Writer started with the analysis of controlobject, and designed the software virtual control object. And writer accomplished thissystem using the engineering thought. In this thesis writer give a debugging method in thetotally software virtual environment.
