The Design And Development Of The Training Platform For The Training Center

With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for talents in computer technology is increasing day by day. As the software needs a large amount of talent, and the relative shortage of talent in our country, how to develop software talents has become one of the important problems in the development of software industry in China. At present, the traditional mode of education in Colleges and universities in China has developed the students'ability to grasp the theory, lack of software development experience and professional skills. In order to adapt to the needs of the society and the students themselves, most colleges and universities, enterprises and training institutions, and gradually carry out the practice of training, create a training platform for the development of students'experience and professional skills. The promotion of the training platform is a good solution to gap the needs between of the students and enterprises, and to a certain extent, promote the development of the software industry.The design goal of the software training platform is to provide a platform for learning practice and training for college students. Make college students as early as possible to contact the enterprise development model, familiar with the enterprise development process, for the future graduate into the enterprise to do adequate preparation. And a brief introduction to the main problems of the system and the main techniques used in this paper are introduced. In the process of system requirement analysis, the requirement of each user is introduced with the use case diagram. Finally, this paper also analyzed the design and implementation of the deficiencies and the improve views, in order to facilitate the follow-up development work.Training center training platform combined with the B/S architecture and C/S architecture, it can solve the inconvenience caused by the user's location, the identity and the user's platform is not uniform. Students through the training center training platform can learn from the simple basic theory to the final complex team project development, effectively combined theory with practice; through this system, the guidance teacher can master the learning situation of students in real time, and it can help students to solve the difficulties in the process of learning and training; enterprise through the system can provide the training base for training the future talents of enterprises.
