In the context of the new curriculum reform,senior high school ideological and political textbooks,organized and compiled by the Ministry of Education in accordance with the ideological and political curriculum standards for senior high schools(2017edition),have been put into use since 2019.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the ideological and political teaching materials focus on the construction of active subject courses,and are committed to cultivating students ’core subject literacy,so as to adapt to the social development trend and the needs of students’ development.As an important starting point to implement the requirements of "curriculum content activity" and "activity content curriculum","Inquiry and Sharing" column is an important resource to transform teachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning methods,promote the construction of activity-based curriculum,and realize the cultivation of students’ core discipline literacy.In order to have a more detailed and indepth understanding of "Inquiry and Sharing" column and its application in high school ideological and political courses,this paper takes Socialism with Chinese characteristics,a compulsory high school ideological and political course,as the research object,and uses text analysis,literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to conduct specific analysis and research on "Inquiry and Sharing" column.First of all,by reading and organizing high school ideological and political textbooks and related literature materials,the connotation of "Inquiry and Sharing" column and its overall positioning in the textbook are clarified,the important features,main types and basic functions of "Inquiry and Sharing" column are analyzed,and the great significance of "Inquiry and Sharing" column for the teaching of high school ideological and political courses is clarified.Specifically,the large number and wide distribution of "Inquiry and Sharing" column,as an auxiliary text of the textbook,is an important part of the unified political textbook.According to the requirements of the column questions,it can be divided into cognition and understanding type,reason type,sharing,and communication type and behavior-oriented type.The various types of "Inquiry and Sharing" column have the characteristics of political and times,inquiry and openness,value and knowledge,subjectivity and dominance.It has the functions of enriching moral education curriculum resources,providing a platform for teaching activities and cultivating students’ core qualities.The scientific application of "Inquiry and Sharing" column is helpful to change students’ learning methods,deepen their understanding of knowledge,promote teachers to improve their teaching methods,improve the quality of classroom teaching,enhance the interaction between teachers and students in class,promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and cultivate students’ core quality of discipline,enhance the effectiveness of education.Secondly,combined with the results of questionnaire survey and teaching cases,this paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of "Inquiry and Sharing" column in the application of high school ideological and political courses.On the one hand,the application of "Inquiry and Sharing" column provides reference for teachers’ lesson preparation and improves the effectiveness of teachers’ lesson preparation;arouses students’ interest in learning,deepens students’ understanding of the text content;further stimulates the vitality of ideological and political courses,and promotes the construction of activity-based subject courses.On the other hand,there are also some problems in the use of "Inquiry and Sharing" column by teachers,which are mainly manifested as insufficient exploration of the teaching value of the column,relatively simple way of using the column,superficial teaching evaluation of the column,and weak awareness of students’ active use of the column.The reasons lie in the teachers ’narrow understanding of the value of the "Inquiry and Sharing" column,their lack of ability to effectively select and use "Inquiry and Sharing" column,the restriction of students’ learning time and knowledge base,and the difficulty of the column itself.Finally,according to the reason analysis,targeted countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems existing in the application of "Inquiry and Sharing" column in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,including consciously improving teachers’ understanding of the value of "Inquiry and Sharing" column,actively enhancing the ability to use "Inquiry and Sharing" column,and constantly strengthening the guidance for students to learn "Inquiry and Sharing" column.And actively improve the teaching evaluation mechanism of "Inquiry and Sharing" column,etc.
