| Doing a good job in the employment of college students is an important guarantee for improving our people’s livelihood,realizing the sustainable development of our country’s economy and promoting social stability.Colleges and universities are important training bases for our country’s talent pool.fundamental task.However,the current employment environment has the phenomenon of "difficulty in recruiting" and "difficulty in employment",which brings challenges and pressures to different enterprises and college students.Therefore,college students need to have strong employability to succeed in the workplace.First of all,the improvement of college students’ employability such as professional skills,communication skills,teamwork and collaboration ability can help them better adapt to market demand.Secondly,cultivating the employability of college students is also to increase their professional competitiveness.In addition,the improvement of college students’ employability can also help them better adapt to the rapidly changing job market.To sum up,it can be seen that cultivating the employability of college students is very important for college students in modern society.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the path mechanism by which community participation affects college students’ employability.Selecting community participation(participation cognition,participation emotion,and participation will)as an independent variable,college students’ employability(professional ability,communication ability,cooperative execution ability and coordination)Adaptability)as the dependent variable,put forward the path hypothesis about the influence of club participation on the employability of college students,and conduct an empirical test through structural equation modeling.Specifically,this study takes A vocational college as the research object,surveyed 700 college students in A vocational college,and recovered 438 valid questionnaires.Through the analysis of the data through Smart PLS,it was found that: college students’ participation in cognition has a significant impact on college students’ communication ability.College students’ participation in emotion has a positive impact on college students’ professional ability and cooperative execution ability;college students’ ability to coordinate and adapt is positively affected by college students’ participation in emotion;college students’ professional ability is positively affected by college students’ participation will;college students’ participation will have a positive impact on College students’ communication ability has a positive impact;college students’ willingness to participate has a positive impact on college students’ cooperative execution ability;college students’ willingness to participate has a positive impact on college students’ coordination and flexibility.As an informal learning environment,the impact of student associations on college students’ employability is easily overlooked.However,this study focuses on the informal learning situation of student associations.Through empirical research,it finds the impact of association participation on college students’ employability,which enriches and develops the research on informal learning. |
