| Employment is the biggest livelihood and the most basic support for economic development.As the main position for cultivating construction talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era,universities’ important function is to promote college students’ employment ability and achieve a higher quality of employment,which is full of great significance to promote the economic development and the students’ value realization.However,the difficulty of graduate employment has become a social problem which cannot be ignored.One reason is the deficiency of employability of graduates.In view of this,colleges and universities make efforts to improve the employability of college students through professional and curriculum setting,institution and platform construction.However,the study and practice participation in the classroom and outside,or the training of the discipline competition can’t meet the individual demand of college students’ employability.Researchers also unceasingly points out that community participation is helpful to improve college students’ ability to bear the social role,especially to improve their interpersonal skills,communication skills,problem solving ability from the aspect of theoretical analysis,which the curriculum learning and practice does not have.Therefore,this paper will combine the author’s personal experience and try to analyze its influence relation and influence degree on college students’ employment ability from the perspective of community participation.Based on the theory of student participation and the employment ability theory of Professor Li Harvey,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the research model through the sorting and consulting of Chinese and foreign literature,and draws up a questionnaire about the participation and effectiveness of graduates’ participation in communities during their period in school.Through SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0statistical software processing,the results are as follows: first,through the analysis of standardized coefficients,we find that the participation of associations is positively correlated with college students’ employability.Second,through further linear regression analysis,it is found that college students’ community participation will have the most significant correlation between college students’ employment ability,participation behavior and emotion are the second,and the weakest is theparticipation cognition;Third,through group regression analysis,it is found that on such basis,the basis is that the community participation influence college students’ employment ability,gender,types of colleges and universities,professional categories and position level of college graduates relationship have significant moderating effects on its impact.According to the research conclusion,combined with the author’s personal experience,suggestions are made from four aspects: firstly,the teacher guidance team should consciously improve college students’ cognition of the relationship between community participation and future employment ability,and carry out targeted guidance according to different grades;Secondly,teachers should pay attention to cultivating their own positive emotions,which in turn will drive students to develop their positive study emotions.Thirdly,we should build community culture that serves the students development and cultivate students’ good will quality.Finally,pay attention to the formation of students’ habits,so that participants can get meaningful experience and study in the community. |
